Job summary

ANRADUS Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to support payroll, HRIS, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with MOM/CPF/IRAS for our manufacturing operations at Pioneer/Tuas.

The role is a permanent, on-site position with a 5-day work week (Mon-Fri). The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in HR or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office is essential; experience with Info-Tech HR software is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, business admin, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Familiar with payroll, work passes, and Singapore employment regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Info-Tech HR software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, and final salary payments.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel e-files.
• Handle recruitment, interview arrangements, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, resignations, exit clearance, and IR21 submissions.
• Maintain training records and process government leave claims.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and employment regulations.
• Support employee engagement activities, company events, and HR projects.
• Manage management's calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and personal administrative matters.
• Handle office supplies, procurement, and general administration.
