ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive cum PA to manage full-spectrum HR functions and provide administrative support. Responsibilities include handling payroll, maintaining HR systems, and overseeing employee lifecycle activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management and at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing. Knowledge of Singapore employment laws is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience; manufacturing experience an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in full payroll processing; Infotech knowledge an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full‑spectrum HR and admin functions, including monthly payroll.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
• Administer work passes to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain training records, coordinate training, and general admin support.
• Provide PA support to management, including calendar and meetings.
• Oversee general office administration and supplies.
• Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.
