Job summary

RIBAR INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive in Singapore to support and administer the full spectrum of HR functions.

The role works closely with the HR manager to ensure operations comply with MOM regulations and company policies. You will handle payroll-related matters, maintain employee records in Adaptive System, manage work pass applications, renewal, cancellations and issuance, and perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding.

Qualifications

• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting and administering the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations.
• Assist in payroll related matters.
• Manage and handle employee records in Adaptive System.
• Responsible for work pass administration including applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance.
• Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding.
• Coordinate with departments on hiring plans, resignations and confirmations.
• Manage E-Claim, E-leave & E-attendance via Adaptive System, including leave entitlement and attendance approval.
• Ensure medical claims comply with the company policy.
• Administer training coordination including enrolment of internal & external courses and maintain training records.
• Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports accurately.
• Provide advice and handle employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
