Job summary

Anradus Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll and HR compliance. This permanent role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, transport provided, and opportunity to contribute to HR operations in theMarine industry.

Based at Loyang, the role requires hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes, with a focus on accuracy in records and policies. The position supports performance reviews, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Around 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment requirements and basic payroll processes.
• Familiarity with HRMS; Prosoft HRMS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for approved vacancies, including job postings, screening, interviews and offers.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, employee changes, resignations and exit interviews.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files and HRMS data, and prepare employment letters and HR reports.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations where applicable.
• Support monthly payroll, statutory submissions, benefits and claims administration.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training, certifications and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR documents and support compliance with company policies, Singapore employment requirements, PDPA and ISO standards.
• Prepare records for audits and follow up on HR-related findings.
• Handle general HR administration and other related duties as assigned.
