Job summary

The Singapore Institute of Directors in Singapore is seeking a Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, in-house payroll, HR administration and policy governance. The role partners with the CEO and leadership to deliver best-in-class talent practices while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws.

Key duties cover recruitment and onboarding, budgeting and HR systems, employee relations, performance management, training support, and government reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years HR Generalist experience with managerial background.
• Experience in a non-profit, membership-based or training/education organization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and HR admin.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, staff handbook and procedures.
• Maintain HRIS, staff records, leave, claims and benefits with data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, staff development records and training support.
• Manage compliance with Singapore employment regulations (MOM, CPF, PDPA) and supporting government reporting.
