Job summary

di yi tcm pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage and develop the HR team across operations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance. You will oversee payroll processing, statutory submissions, and foreign worker management, while driving policy improvement and employee relations.

The role requires strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, MOM, IRAS matters, and government grants. A focus on leadership and strategic HR support to Management is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proven experience supervising and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and MOM requirements.
• Practical knowledge of IR8A / AIS and IR21 / IRAS employment tax matters.
• Strong payroll and CPF knowledge.
• Experience with Info-Tech HRMS / Payroll / Attendance / Leave systems.
• Knowledge of EP, S Pass and Work Permit matters.
• Knowledge of WICA and PDPA.
• Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary and termination matters.
• Knowledge of government grants and workforce/training schemes.
• Strong recruitment and manpower planning experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to independently oversee the HR function and provide professional HR advice to Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the HR team across all HR functions.
• Oversee daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage payroll, CPF, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate IRAS, AIS, and tax matters for foreign employees.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act and MOM requirements.
• Handle foreign worker passes EP/S Pass and work permits.
• Address employee relations, disciplinary and termination matters.
• Oversee WICA and PDPA compliance.
• Drive performance management, training and development.
• Identify and apply for government grants and workforce schemes.
• Develop HR policies, SOPs and process improvements.
• Prepare HR reporting and support management in OD.
