Job summary

Direct Search Global seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations in Singapore. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding while ensuring policy alignment with business goals.

You will oversee payroll, benefits, and records, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and data protection. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 4–5 years HR experience, including supervision or management.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience managing full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, ER, performance, offboarding.
• Proficient with HRIS and payroll systems; MS Office skills required.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, relations, performance, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with management on workforce planning, development, and talent management.
• Oversee payroll, leave, benefits, and records; coordinate with external providers.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and related regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, learning, and development initiatives.
• Maintain confidential HR records and HRIS data with data protection considerations.
• Monitor HR metrics: headcount, turnover, recruitment performance, absenteeism, engagement.
