Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll and welfare.

You will work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, implement recruitment plans, and ensure compliance with MOM and CPF regulations. The role requires coordinating mandatory training and maintaining training records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and local HR practices.
• Experience with full spectrum HR operations.
• Experience with payroll administration and onboarding/offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
• Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintaining training records.
