Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Associate HR Operations Generalist to support onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee record maintenance. The role emphasizes attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR operations, with supervision on more complex tasks.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Human Resources and 1–2 years of administrative HR experience, including familiarity with HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices across various functions.
• Basic understanding of HRIS software and tools for data management, reporting, and analytics.
• Ability to contribute to the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Displays good written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
• Displays some analytical skills to identify HR challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.
• Ability to support HR projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Supports with HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations and offboarding.
• Assists with ensuring HR activities and processes are in full compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Contributes to organizational change initiatives within HR operations, providing guidance to employees during transitions.
• Works with other departments to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and ensure seamless operations.
• Works with HRIS software for data management, reporting, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS.
• Performs any other related task as required.
