Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an Associate HR Operations Generalist to support onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management and employee record maintenance. You will handle HR processes under supervision and contribute to accuracy and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

You will collaborate with HR and other departments to align operations with organizational goals, ensuring data integrity, timely reporting and smooth HR activities in a dynamic, diverse workplace in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of administrative support experience in HR operations.
• Experience working with HRIS software and other HR-related software tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to support HR projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations and offboarding.
• Ensures HR activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Contributes to organizational change initiatives within HR operations and guides employees during transitions.
• Collaborates with other departments to align HR strategies with organizational objectives and ensure seamless operations.
• Works with HRIS software for data management, reporting, and analytics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
