Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS software and related HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations and offboarding.
• Ensures HR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
• Contributes to organizational change initiatives within HR operations.
• Collaborates with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Manages data within HRIS for reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Performs other related HR operations tasks as required.
