REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Generalist to cover the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers and offboarding, with a strong focus on payroll and HR operations.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years of HR generalist experience, solid knowledge of Singapore regulations, and the ability to maintain confidential records in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in asset management or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, CPF and HR practices.
• Detail-oriented with good organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment while handling confidential matters.

HR Generalist – Asset Management

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join an established asset management firm. This is a hands‑on role covering the full employee lifecycle, with key responsibilities across talent acquisition, payroll and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, contract administration and offboarding.


• Maintain HR records, employee data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.


• Support performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement and HR initiatives.


• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore employment regulations and internal requirements..


• Support HR reporting, audits and other HR projects as required.

Requirements
