Job summary

Bgr Engineering in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures aligned with business goals. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, benefits, and HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws.

The role leads performance management, employee relations and engagement programs, and coaches the HR team to foster continuous development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
