Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and comprehensive payroll management.

You will also maintain employee records and ensure policy compliance across the organization. You will handle employee relations, prepare HR documents, advise management on HR policies, manage work passes, and coordinate appraisals, salary reviews, training, and staff development while ensuring MOM

Responsibilities

• Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation & termination.
• Oversea payroll, CPF, leave, attendance, overtime, benefits and employee records.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace investigations.
• Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, termination letters and other HR documentation.
• Advise management/department heads on HR policies and employee matters.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals ad foreign manpower matters.
• Review & implement HR policies, SOPs and Employee Handbook.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, salary reviews, training and staff development.
• Liaise with MOM, TADM and relevant authorities when require. and support manpower planning etc.
