QUALICOAT PTE LTD is seeking an HR Generalist to handle full HR and administrative functions in Singapore. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, attendance and records, while ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations.

This role also covers work pass applications, performance processes, staff development and HR reporting. You will collaborate with multiple teams to support a positive work environment and efficient HR operations.

• Handle full spectrum of HR and administrative functions.
• Manage recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and onboarding documents.
• Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
• Manage employee attendance, leave and claims.
• Assist with monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore employment regulations.
• Handle employees' HR-related enquiries and provide support when required.
• Coordinate staff training and development programmes.
• Assist in performance appraisal and other HR activities.
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper HR documentation.
• Perform any other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
