Job summary

Think One Automobile & Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR coordinator to support recruitment, payroll, and regulatory compliance within a busy office environment near Ubi.

You will manage interview scheduling, payroll processing, and liaise with vendors while ensuring strict confidentiality and adherence to MOM guidelines. This role requires a Diploma in HRM or related field and good communication skills across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, CPF and MOM guidelines is advantageous.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, offer letters, and work pass applications; stay current with MOM regulatory requirements.
• Process monthly payroll calculations, CPF contributions, leave tracking, staff claims, government grants, and employee benefits in line with company policies.
• Administer staff insurance renewals, support internship programmes, and prepare yearly payroll audit reports including IR8A, IR21, and statutory submissions.
• Maintain records of IT equipment, office supplies, company assets, and liaise with building management and IT vendors for operational support.
