Job summary

THINK ONE AUTOMOBILE & TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR coordinator in Singapore to support recruitment, payroll, and administration for a 5-day workweek at a Ubi location.

The role requires handling work pass applications and staying updated with MOM guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance. The incumbent will process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, leave tracking, staff claims, and government grants, while supporting internship programmes and annual payroll audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
• Diploma in HRM or related field.
• Bilingual in English and other languages.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations advantageous.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, preparation of offer letters, and work pass applications while staying current with MOM regulatory requirements.
• Process monthly payroll calculations, CPF contributions, leave tracking, staff claims, government grants, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies.
• Administer staff insurance renewals, support internship programmes, and prepare yearly payroll audit reports including IR8A, IR21, and statutory submissions.
• Maintain records of IT equipment, office supplies, company assets, and liaise with building management and IT vendors for operational support.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, CPF requirements, and MOM guidelines is advantageous
