A global leader in eyewear in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee their HR function across Southeast Asia. The role involves leading a team of HR professionals, driving HR strategies, and improving organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of HR experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and retail experience would be advantageous. SEA & Korea is a very dynamic sub‑region with a strong omni‑channel business model. Amongst it is the Retail business division for the SEA region. We are present in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam through 130 retail stores both fully owned and through our Joint Ventures. We are proud to have close to 400 employees.
The incumbent will oversee the HR function across SEA Retail and report into the Head of HR of Asia and functionally to the Head of Retail SEA. The incumbent will also lead a team of HR Professionals located across SEA.
