Job summary

dhana engineering pte. ltd. is seeking a versatile HR and Marketing Operations professional to drive recruitment, payroll, payroll compliance, and staff administration across Singapore.

You will plan manpower, manage Work Pass and statutory submissions, handle contracts and training, and translate business goals into marketing campaigns, budgets, and KPIs while ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, interviews, selection, onboarding)
• Plan manpower requirements based on operational needs
• Handle Work Pass applications (Work Permit, S Pass, EP) and quota management
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy
• Ensure CPF, SDL, and statutory contributions timely
• Manage salary reviews, increments, bonuses, and allowances
• Maintain employee records and payroll documentation
• Manage staff attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmations, warnings, terminations
• Handle employee insurance, medical claims, benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Handle audits from MOM, NEA, or other authorities
• Manage IRAS submissions (AIS, IR21) and related reporting
• Identify training needs and coordinate training
• Maintain training records and assessment reports
• Support safety and operational training programs
• Need to support the Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan and manage marketing roadmaps, budgets, KPIs
• Translate goals into campaigns across digital, social, influencer, offline
• Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across channels
