Dover Park Hospice is hiring an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations in Singapore. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance, ensuring accurate processes and timely support to staff and managers.

You'll coordinate performance reviews, staff development, and HR documentation while assisting with policy updates and payroll-related tasks. The role requires a Diploma in HRM and at least 1 year of HR experience.

Qualificações

• Diploma in HRM, Business Admin or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of HR Executive/Generalist experience.
• Working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF and work passes.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential information.
• Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Support performance appraisal processes and staff engagement.
• Coordinate staff training registrations and learning needs.
• Provide general HR and administrative support.
