Job summary

Dover Park Hospice seeks an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations in Singapore. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, records management and compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient HR processes.

The role also supports performance management, learning and development, and general HR administration while maintaining staff records and handling inquiries with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or related field required.
• At least 1 year of HR generalist/executive experience.
• Working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and work pass processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full recruitment cycle including postings, interviews, references and offers.
• Handle onboarding and orientation for new hires, documentation and access arrangements.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance data and HRIS input.
• Assist with performance management processes and staff communications.
