Job summary

OCTOPUS DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage daily HR administration, maintain employee records, draft contracts, and support recruitment in line with local regulations and company policies.

The role requires 2–4 years of HR experience, a degree or diploma in HR, and a proactive, detail‑oriented attitude. You will also assist with payroll data, handle work passes, and ensure overall compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience in recruitment is a must.

Responsibilities

• Forming and maintaining employee records.
• Preparing and amending HR documents (employment contracts, recruitment guides).
• Reviewing and renewing company policies and compliance with Employment Act and local regulations.
• First point of contact for employees on HR queries.
• Assist payroll with relevant employee information (holiday and sick days).
• Handle recruitment processes (advertising, phone screening, interviews, contracts).
• Manage work pass applications (WP/SPass/EP) and expiry monitoring.
• Prepare confirmation letters and monitor contract renewals.
• Oversee administrative tasks in office compliance with policies and Singaporean laws.
• Acquire and maintain office supplies and support IT/telecom systems.
