Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore invites a proactive HR coordinator to support onboarding, performance cycles, benefits, and HR operations in our One North office. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, stakeholder coordination, and timely action across the employee lifecycle.

This is a 5-month engagement with a salary up to SGD 6,000 per month, on-site at One North. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and internal teams to ensure data integrity, compliance and a smooth

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate employee onboarding activities and new hire communications.
• Prepare and coordinate employment-related documentation and onboarding checklists.
• Support delivery of new hire orientation and local induction activities.
• Maintain lifecycle records for hires, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Coordinate probation-related administration and reminders.
• Support performance cycle activities including goal setting and reviews.
• Assist benefits enrollment and communications, and coordinate with payroll and external providers.
• Ensure HR compliance and policy guidance is followed in Singapore.
