Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to manage talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and compensation processes, employee benefits, and engagement initiatives. The role covers end-to-end recruitment support, vendor management, and HR administration across the organization.

The ideal candidate will drive positive employee experiences, maintain leadership dashboards, and collaborate with functional managers on headcount planning and payroll-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment support from sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, reference checks, and salary recommendations.
• Vendor/agency management and headcount/capacity planning with functional managers.
• Onboarding/offboarding: support integration and training for new employees; manage departure processes including documentation and HRIS entry.
• Performance & Compensation: support calibration, compensation planning, probation, performance, and mid-year promotion cycles; help with career development plans.
• Insurance & Benefits: renewals/remarketings, welfare/awards programs, benefits queries and claims; payroll data preparation.
• Employee Engagement: drive initiatives for a positive employee experience; maintain talent dashboards for leadership reviews; support internal programs.
• HR Administration: maintain personnel files/HRIS records; manage leave system; coordinate with Finance for payroll delivery; develop an HR playbook for repeatable processes.
