Job summary

ZEALCORPS PTE LTD is seeking a versatile Finance and HR Manager in Singapore to oversee the full spectrum of accounting (AP, AR, GL, payroll, cash flow) and HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, policies). You will prepare management reports, monitor variances, and ensure statutory compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other regulators.

A. Finance Management

1. 1. Oversee full spectrum of accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and cash flow management.
2. 2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
3. 3. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
4. 4. Monitor project or departmental expenditures and variances.
5. 5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory filings (GST, corporate tax, annual returns).
6. 6. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
7. 7. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies.
8. 8. Prepare management reports for senior leadership.

B. Human Resources Management

1. 1. Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes.
2. 2. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
3. 3. Manage employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
4. 4. Handle payroll administration, leave management, and staff claims.
5. 5. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
6. 6. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (MOM, CPF, IRAS).
