About the job HR and Finance Senior Executive
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for full-time and part-time personnel.
  • Manage payroll, bonuses, and benefits for full-time staff.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, CPF and other HR submissions, as well as the annual IR8A and IR21 entries for foreign workers.
  • Assist in analyzing cost predictions and implementing labor cost controls within all departments.
  • Create and submit quotes and invoices for relevant tasks.
  • Manage financial data entry, reconciliations, and other accounting activities.
  • Create and evaluate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Track financial performance and find areas for improvement.
  • Submit invoices and handle the collection of funds from several clients.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in human resources and financial roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with HR and financial management applications.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
