Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive for a Monday–Friday role in Tuas View.

The position offers basic salary from SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500 depending on experience, with Company Transport and a Transport Allowance of SGD 120 for those commuting independently. Working hours are 8am to 5pm. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in HR Management or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience and solid knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep personal and leave records with confidentiality.
• Handle work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
• Update TMS reports and process payroll-related overtime requisitions.
• Track confirmations and ensure timely performance appraisals.
• Prepare HR letters (contracts, confirmation, increments, promotion, etc.).
• Recruitment liaison with external vendors and agencies.
• Prepare and submit HR reports to HR Manager monthly.
• Source and organize training programs with trainers.
• Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare activities.
• Collaborate with HR Manager and departments on HR & admin needs.
