Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites a Human Resource Executive to join our team at Tuas View.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Basic salary ranges from SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500 depending on experience, with company transport and a transport allowance of SGD 120 for commuting. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, managing work passes, payroll support, performance appraisals, drafting HR letters, recruitment liaison, monthly HR reporting, coordinating

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update personal and leave records with confidentiality.
• Handle work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
• Update TMS reports and overtime requisitions for payroll processing.
• Track confirmations and ensure timely performance appraisals.
• Prepare HR letters (contracts, confirmation, increments, promotions).
• Recruitment liaison with external vendors and agencies.
• Submit HR reports monthly or as needed.
• Source and organize training programs with trainers and institutions.
• Assist in organizing company events and staff welfare activities.
• Collaborate with HR Manager on HR & administrative needs.
