Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Tuas, Singapore, is hiring an HR & Admin Executive for a 5-day week (8am–5pm). Basic salary SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500. Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Candidate should have good knowledge of employment laws and best practices, with career progression opportunities. Company transport is provided with a $120 transport allowance for self-commuters.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep personal and leave records of employees and ensure records are complete and confidential.
• Process work passes applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Update and check TMS reports and overtime requisitions for payroll processing.
• Track employees' confirmations and ensure appraisal by supervisor on time.
• Prepare HR letters (Employment Contracts, Confirmation, Increment, Promotion).
• Recruitment liaison with external vendors and agencies; support HR reports monthly or as needed.
• Source and organize training programs and liaise with trainers and institutions.
• Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare activities.
• Collaborate with HR Manager and other departments on HR & administrative needs.
