Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions; talent acquisition, on-boarding and off-boarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare, performance management, general HR administration, and more
• Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers
• Involve in monthly payroll processes and WICA administration
• Submission of government grants and foreign worker levy waiver
• Responsible for arranging external training programs and application of training grants
• Provide training to the staffs

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above in Human Resources or any related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in construction sector preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Sound knowledge of MOM regulations and HR practices
• Good communicator, meticulous with strong organizational skills
