Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
• Support end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain precise employee records and HR databases to ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures during local audits and statutory requirements.
• Provide comprehensive support for HR functions and administration, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, and timely resolution of employee queries and HR issues.
• Contribute to planning and executing employee welfare programs.
• Undertake any other administrative or ad hoc tasks delegated by management.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in HRM or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or within the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Independent and detail-oriented team player with strong multitasking abilities.
