Job summary

SOLID M&Z PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Recruitment/HR professional to manage end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments.

You will partner with managers, handle work pass coordination, onboarding, and employer branding at career events, while maintaining accurate records and compliance with Singapore employment laws. This role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Construction or engineering sector experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and MOM work pass processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisational skills with multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs across departments.
• Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, cancellations with authorities.
• Facilitate onboarding to ensure a positive experience for new employees.
• Represent the company at career fairs and events to build employer brand and pipeline.
• Maintain recruitment records, HR databases and employee documentation.
• Support other ad hoc HR duties as assigned.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment support across various departments.
• Coordinate and process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related employment matters with the relevant authorities.
• Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives to build a strong employer brand and talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, HR databases, and employee documentation.
• Support other ad hoc HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Candidates with experience in the construction or engineering industry will have an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM work pass processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
