Job summary

MINISTRY OF HOUSING PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR Executive in Singapore to join our growing team.

This full-time role focuses on developing and executing HR strategies supporting a diverse and expanding business. The ideal candidate will be resourceful with strong HR generalist and consulting experience across a broad spectrum of HR functions. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, handle payroll and compliance duties, maintain records, administer benefits, and support performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience with 2 years of payroll hands-on experience.
  • Strong knowledge of local labour laws, CPF, tax regulations, and payroll standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, issuance and cancellations per regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data and personnel files.
  • Process payroll, attendance and timecards with accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain HR documentation, records and certifications timely.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance and claims processes.
  • Prepare government-related claims and statutory submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and internal policies.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives and training records.
  • Organise employee engagement activities and support company events.
  • Handle HR operations, reporting and contract renewals.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development and execution of HR strategies that support a diverse and expanding business. The successful candidate will be a resourceful, people-oriented professional with strong HR generalist and consulting experience across a broadspectrum of HR functions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, issuance, and cancellations in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including HRIS data and personnel files.
  • Process payroll, attendance, and timecards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update all relevant HR documentation, employee records, and certifications in a timely manner.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, and claims processes.
  • Prepare and submit government-related claims and statutory submissions as required.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment laws, and internal HR policies.
  • Support and administer performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives, including maintaining training records and evaluating programme effectiveness.
  • Organise employee engagement activities and provide support for company events.
  • Handle general HR operations, including HR reporting and contract renewals.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Core Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore labour laws, CPF, tax regulations, and payroll standards.
  • Effective communication skills to address employee queries and collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years’ hands-on payroll experience.
  • Strong understanding of local labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or familiarity with the logistics and service industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to commence employment immediately.
