Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a 6-month maternity cover contract. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for various levels, including blue-collar, engineering, and support functions. Ideal candidates will have proven recruitment experience, especially in the manufacturing or semiconductor industries, and the ability to work independently on multiple hiring priorities.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles and levels.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for blue-collar, engineering, and support function positions.
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Support HR team with any recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Location: Woodlands
Salary: up to $5,500/month
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Maternity Cover)

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruiter to support all hiring activities on a 6-month contract basis. The role covers recruitment across various levels – from blue-collar staff to engineers and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles and levels.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for blue-collar, engineering, and support function positions.
  • Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers.
