Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Executive (Payroll | HR Operations) to manage full HR operations, payroll, leave and onboarding at our Toa Payoh location. You will support manpower planning, HR reporting, contract renewals, salary reviews and performance appraisals while ensuring compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM requirements.

A Diploma or Degree in HR is required, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll and work pass administration would be advantageous.
• Exposure to Learning & Development, training coordination preferred.
• ISO 13485 knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum HR operations including payroll, leave, benefits, work passes, onboarding and offboarding.
• Support manpower planning, HR reporting, confirmation, contract renewal, salary review and performance appraisal exercises.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore Employment Act and MOM requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and coordinate annual training plans.
• Maintain training records, training matrix, grants, claims and sponsorship matters.
• Coordinate internal and external training programmes.
• Support HR projects and other ad-hoc duties.

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Dental Benefits + Medical Insurance
