Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage full-spectrum HR operations for about 64 staff at our Tampines North Drive location. You will handle payroll, CPF, leave, and documentation while supporting recruitment, onboarding and contract management.

The role requires 3+ years of HR generalist experience, familiarity with Singapore employment laws and work pass matters, and strong HR systems Excel proficiency. Permanent position with 5 days work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience independently managing HR for a similar workforce size will be advantageous.
• Familiar with Singapore employment laws, CPF, MOM regulations and work pass matters.
• Payroll, HR documentation and government claims experience will be advantageous.
• Malaysia statutory knowledge such as EPF will be advantageous.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Independent, organised and able to handle confidential employee matters.

Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $5000 + AWS
