Job Description
  • A proven HR recruiting professional with 2–11 years of experience in high volume talent acquisition.
  • Experience in full life-cycle recruitment.
  • Sourcing (using LinkedIn, Jobs portal, social media, etc.).
  • Candidate management – employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, induction, and training.
  • HR policies, statutory compliance, policy development and documentation.
  • Team building, team handling, employee engagement & grievance handling.
  • Employee relations, safety, welfare, wellness and health.
  • Interview management and successful offer negotiation.
  • Strong organization and planning skills including follow-through and time management.
  • Ability to function effectively in a cross-matrix environment.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Solid technical recruitment experience with a focus on Information Technology and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Vendor management.
  • Work independently and also collaborate with team members to develop a cohesive and collaborative environment.
