Manage day-to-day site HR activities in alignment with business needs and organisational objectives, with a strong focus on employee relations and recruitment.
Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and initiatives while ensuring consistent and effective application across the organisation.
Partner with managers and supervisors to provide HR guidance, coaching, and support on employee-related matters and policy interpretation.
Manage employee relations matters, including employee concerns, grievances, investigations, and workplace issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation.
Develop and implement initiatives that promote positive employee engagement and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
Review HR practices and identify opportunities to improve employee relations, operational effectiveness, and overall HR service delivery.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement integrated HR solutions that support business objectives.
Support workforce planning and contribute to the development and review of HR strategies.
Maintain accurate employee relations and HR records in accordance with company policies and requirements.
Participate in HR projects, strategic initiatives, and other duties as assigned.
Diploma or dgree in Human Resources or a related discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee relations and HR operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
Good organisational and people management skills with the ability to handle multiple HR matters effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
