Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a motivated Senior Executive to support the management of healthcare scholarships and sponsorship programmes. The role involves coordinating with the Ministry of Health and various institutions to ensure effective talent pipelines. Successful candidates will have a degree in HR or related fields and possess excellent communication skills. This position is twofold, requiring administration and stakeholder engagement skills in a collaborative environment to drive impactful results.

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience in HR, scholarships/sponsorships management, or student outreach/talent development will be advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration and implementation of MOHH healthcare scholarships and sponsorship programmes.
  • Coordinate selection processes with MOHH, including candidate shortlisting and interview coordination.
  • Support the MOHH Healthcare Scholarships-related events.
  • Collaborate with institutional HR for a positive on-site interviews and onboarding experience.
  • Oversee MOHH funding charge-out processes and coordination for scholarship and sponsorship-related matters.

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Summary

Reporting to the Resourcing Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead, the Senior Executive, Scholarships and Sponsorships will be instrumental in supporting the cluster-level operations for managing healthcare scholarships and pre-service sponsorship programmes at healthcare company.

You will work closely with the Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH), internal stakeholders across healthcare institutions, and external partners such as schools and educational institutions to ensure a seamless and impactful talent pipeline. We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration and implementation of MOHH healthcare scholarships and healthcare pre-service sponsorship programmes across the healthcare cluster, including coordinating with MOHH and institutions for roadshows, scholarship talks, and the Healthcare Scholarship Fair.
  • Coordinate selection processes with MOHH, including candidate shortlisting and interview coordination, while supporting the projection, allocation, and tracking of scholarship and sponsorship placements across healthcare institutions.
  • Support the MOHH Healthcare Scholarships related events.
  • Collaborate with institutional HR to ensure a smooth and positive on-site interviews and on-boarding experience for candidates.
  • Support the team to manage publicity efforts related to the BrightSparks platform and oversee MOHH funding charge-out processes, serving as the key liaison between MOHH and institutions for all scholarship and sponsorship-related matters including coordination and tracking of Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) and Return to Nursing (RTN) initiatives
Job Requirements
  • A recognised degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year experience in HR, scholarships/sponsorships management, or student outreach/talent development will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
