Job Description

Job Overview:

Our client is in is the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a HR Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Culture Building:

  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee morale.
  • Foster a sense of community through team-building activities, workshops, and community service projects.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Organize and execute engaging events, parties, and celebrations that bring employees together and enhance camaraderie.
  • Plan and coordinate workshops, talks, and exercise sessions that promote well-being and personal development.

Employee Engagement:

  • Gather feedback from employees to understand their needs and preferences, using insights to improve engagement initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to create an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and connected.

Community Involvement:

  • Develop and promote community service programs that encourage employee participation and strengthen connections outside the workplace.
  • Partner with local organizations to create volunteer opportunities and initiatives that benefit the community.

Communication and Promotion:

  • Utilize various communication channels to promote events and initiatives, ensuring high levels of participation.
  • Share success stories and highlight employee contributions to build excitement around culture and engagement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or event planning, with a focus on culture and community building.
