Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive for a permanent role in the construction industry, located in Redhill. Office hours apply with a salary package up to SGD 4,000 plus bonus.

The candidate should have a Diploma in HR or related field, at least 1 year of HR admin experience, and knowledge of work pass regulations. You will manage documentation, work passes, and maintain HR records with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR/Business or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year HR admin experience preferred.
• Knowledge of work pass regulations and HR documentation processes.
• Good MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue employment-related correspondence and documentation.
• Handle end-to-end work pass transactions (new applications, renewals, cancellations).
• Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and maintain records of outcomes.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and authorities.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR database.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
