Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource, Business or related discipline.
• Min 3 years of HR administrative experience.
• Knowledge of work pass regulations and HR documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue all employment-related correspondence and documentation.
• Manage end-to-end process for work pass transactions (new applications, renewals, cancellations).
• Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and maintain records.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and authorities.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR database.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
