Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a HR Executive for a permanent role in Singapore. The position is based in Redhill with standard office hours, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will handle employment correspondence, end-to-end work pass processes, and admin tasks to support daily HR operations.

Diploma in HR or related field required, with at least 1 year HR admin experience preferred. Immediate availability is a plus; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or related field.
• Minimum 1 year HR administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of work pass regulations and HR documentation processes.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Immediate or short notice availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue employment-related correspondence and documentation.
• Manage end-to-end work pass transactions (new applications, renewals, cancellations).
• Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and records.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and authorities.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR database.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administration.
