Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team on a 3-month contract. In this role, you will support the day-to-day HR operations for our Singapore office and regional business units, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee transfers, confirmation, and offboarding.

• Prepare employment contracts, promotion letters, confirmation letters, bonus letters, and other HR documentation.

• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

• Update employee listings, organisation charts, job descriptions, and KPIs.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding.

• Conduct new hire orientation and support a smooth onboarding experience.

• Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding activities.

Payroll & HR Administration

• Review payroll submissions for regional offices to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Support monthly payroll administration and employee benefit matters.

• Process MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related employment matters.

Employee Relations & HR Support

• Respond to employee HR enquiries and provide administrative support to business units.

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, company events, and HR projects.

• Support the annual performance appraisal process.
