Legend Global Logistics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Executive on a 3-month contract.

You will support day-to-day HR operations for our Singapore office and regional business units, covering recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and HR compliance. Key responsibilities include handling full employee lifecycle activities, preparing HR documents, maintaining records and payroll support, and coordinating work pass applications.

Responsibilities

• Support full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, transfers, confirmation, and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, promotion letters, confirmation letters, bonus letters, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Update listings, organisation charts, job descriptions, and KPIs.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, interviews, reference checks, onboarding.
• Conduct new hire orientation and support onboarding experience.
• Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding.
• Review payroll submissions for regional offices; assist monthly payroll and benefits.
• Process MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related employment matters.
• Respond to HR enquiries and provide admin support to business units.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR projects.
• Support annual performance appraisal process.
