MINISTRY OF TENTAGE & EVENTS RENTAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage our growing team with autonomy and initiative. You will support recruitment, compliance, payroll and onboarding, ensuring smooth operations for a fast-paced SME.

The role requires 3+ years of local HR experience, proficiency in Infotech HR Software, and strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, TADM, CPF and IRAS. Location is Woodlands with a 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews, reference checks, and drafting employment contracts.
• Handle MOM & foreign pass administration and ticketing: Work Permit, S Pass, EP applications, renewals, cancellations, and quota tracking.
• Serve as primary liaison for MOM inquiries and represent the company for TADM dispute concilliations.

We are a dynamic, growing SME of 90 employees in Singapore, looking for a dedicated proactive and hands‑on HR Executive to manage our fast‑paced team. You will play a critical role in supporting our workforce, maintaining high operational standards and statutory compliance. If you have 3+ years of local experience in a similar field and enjoy a role with some autonomy, we want to hear from you!

Job Scope:

• Recruitment & Contracts: Manage full recruitment lifecycle, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, drafting employment contracts in compliance with Singapore Employment Laws.
• MOM & Foreign Pass Administration & Ticketing: Manage Work Permit, S Pass, EP applications, renewals, cancellations, and foreign worker quota tracking. Usage of various travel platforms for purchase of air tickets.
• TADM & Compliance Liaison: Serve as primary contact for Ministry of Manpower (MOM) inquiries and represent the company for TADM dispute concilliations.
• Payroll Processing Software: Maintain employee records in InfoTech HR Software; compute and verify monthly variables(OT, allowances, claims, leaves) for payable payout.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Conduct new hire orientation, maintain employee handbooks, manage exit procedures, clearance paperwork, and exit interviews.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 Years Hands on experience in Singapore
• Proficient in Infotech HR Software(all modules)
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM Regulations, TADM, CPF and IRAS
• Resourceful, Organised, Automative and takes initiative
• Responsible and reachable 24/7 in the event of emergency/medical
