Job summary

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and HR compliance. This role focuses on coordinating end-to-end processes from recruitment through offboarding, maintaining accurate records, preparing contracts and letters, and assisting with payroll, benefits, and performance processes to

Qualifications

• Support full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, confirmation, and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, promotion letters, confirmation letters, bonus letters, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Conduct new hire orientation and support a smooth onboarding experience.
• Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding activities.
• Review payroll submissions for regional offices to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Support monthly payroll administration and employee benefit matters.
• Process MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related employment matters.
• Respond to employee HR enquiries and provide administrative support to business units.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Support the annual performance appraisal process.
