About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources operations. This is a hands‑on generalist role offering broad exposure across end‑to‑end HR functions, suitable for HR professionals looking to build depth and grow their career in a stable, project‑based environment.

Key Responsibilities
HR Support & Organisational Development
  • Support management in day-to-day HR matters and people‑related initiatives
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives
  • Provide HR administrative and coordination support for organisational needs
Talent Acquisition & Manpower Coordination
  • Coordinate the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer administration
  • Liaise with hiring managers on manpower requirements and recruitment progress
  • Support employer branding and recruitment‑related initiatives
Employee Lifecycle Management (Onboarding & Exit)
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Performance Management & HR Programmes
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including bi‑annual reviews and objective‑setting exercises
  • Support HR programmes related to employee engagement, productivity, and retention
  • Assist in the administration of incentive and reward initiatives
Learning & Development Support
  • Assist in identifying training needs and skills gaps
  • Coordinate internal and external training programmes
  • Maintain training records and support training‑related administration
HR Operations & Administration
  • Manage leave administration and HR documentation
  • Handle employee claims, including Work Injury Compensation
  • Support payroll‑related HR inputs where required
Compliance & Statutory Matters
  • Ensure HR practices comply with the Singapore Employment Act and labour regulations
  • Support audits, inspections, and statutory submissions when required
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
  • IHRP certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or project‑based industries
  • Good working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and labour regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well‑organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
