Job summary

FAST FLOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Human Resource Executive to support the HR Manager in delivering core HR services across Asia.

You will handle employee relations, recruitment, payroll, benefits, and HRMS administration to ensure compliant and efficient operations. You will advise managers, implement company policies, and maintain HR records while coordinating training, onboarding, and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher in HR or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR-related roles.
  • Full-Time position available.
  • Experience with recruitment, payroll, and employee benefits preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to directors and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure governance of HR policies and compliance.
  • Assist in payroll processing.

Job description

The Human Resource Executive works closely with the HR Manager to manage & drive the main areas of the Human Resource Function of the Group as well as for all of its subsidiary Companies located in various Countries in Asia.

The scope of that role & responsibilities are to cover Employees Relations & Compliance, manage the Recruitment & Benefits Management, administer the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) as well as execute Administrative & Ad-Hoc Tasks. In addition provide support to managers & employees on Company Policies, Procedures, Staff Benefits & to ensure compliance to all National Laws & Regulations on manpower relations & social issues.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Provide advice/guidance/consultant support to directors, line managers & staff on HR related issues – on the interpretation of HR policies, statutory procedures & support in their effective implementation.
  • Ensure good governance of the HR policies, procedures and guidelines necessary to support the business needs.
  • Assist in Payroll processing.
  • Ensure employment terms and conditions, policies and practices are in compliance to regulatory, legislations and legal requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of the staff recruitments matters, including advise & recommending the most appropriate recruitment channels, selecting recruiters, head-hunters to ensure their cost and service effectiveness.
  • Advise & assist managers in all aspects of the recruitment and selection process such as Interview/ Reference Check/ Appointment/ Orientation/ Confirmation/ Termination/ Resignation/ Procedures/ Process.
  • Facilitate and manage employee benefits programs – leave, insurance, medical claims etc
  • Planning, directing and delivering training and development programmes including staff inductions & orientations, to accomplish the organisation’s goals.
  • Maintenance & housekeeping of HR records, systems, administrative forms & policies, to ensure proper documentation of HR & Administrative workflow and work procedures.
  • Work with the team on HR Projects or special assignment as assigned from time to time.
  • Externally liaising with Candidates, HRM, Employment Agencies and Government Agencies. Must ensure that at all times the Company integrity, business ethics, confidentiality and compliance issues, are maintained as top priority such that the Company’s standing and image is not compromised in any manner or form.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
