We are seeking a high‑impact HR Director for Southeast Asia to lead the people agenda across the markets, overseeing a sizable strong workforce and partnering with both the Management Team and regional HR Leadership Team to drive culture, capability, and organisational performance.
In this Singapore‑based role, you\'ll elevate leadership effectiveness, shape recruitment and retention strategies, lead talent planning and organisational design, drive learning and development, champion employee engagement, and manage HR responsibilities linked to acquisitions and divestitures, all while building a cohesive HR team and supporting transformational change across the region.
